2. What we collect
- Booking request form: full name, phone, email (optional), car brand/model, service type, preferred date and your message.
- Phone or email contact: the details you give us.
- Technical data and cookies: only with your consent, for statistics (Google Analytics) and embedded maps (Google Maps). See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To answer your request and book your appointment: steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To service your car and invoice: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
- For visitor statistics: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We may share it with providers who support us (e.g. our website host Hostinger, our email provider Microsoft, and Google for statistics and maps where you allow it), with the Motorlease group where needed to serve you, and with Geely/Zeekr for warranty matters. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
5. How long we keep it
Form requests are kept for up to 12 months unless they lead to a service, in which case records are kept as long as tax and commercial law requires.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at e.vlassi@tournikiotiscars.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
